Tottenham edge past Burnley with Kane penalty

Harry Kane's contentious penalty in first-half stoppage time edged Tottenham past Burnley with a 1-0 victory to move two points clear of Newcastle in the race for fourth place.
The England captain was brought down by Ashley Barnes in the box, and referee John Moss pointed to the spot despite strong protests from the Burnley players.
Kane made no mistake from 12 yards, sending Nick Pope the wrong way to claim his 16th league goal of the season.
The result leaves Burnley in eighth place, six points behind Tottenham.
